Longer rentals are priced in started 7-day blocks after the first 14 days. Later extension requests require approval and 48 hours’ notice before scheduled pickup. No booking is confirmed until availability is approved and payment is complete.

Good Questions.
How many totes should I rent?
Start with the amount you need to pack, not just bedroom count. Our packages range from 10 to 40 totes. Tell us about your move in the request if you need help selecting a package.
Can I keep them longer?
Request an extension at least 48 hours before pickup. If approved, each started seven-day extension period costs $20, $35, $45, or $55 for the 10-, 20-, 30-, or 40-tote package. Extensions are subject to availability and payment.
What happens if a tote is damaged or missing?
Ordinary wear is expected. Customers are responsible for missing, stolen, or damaged equipment beyond ordinary wear. The agreement and final quote explain applicable charges. We provide an itemized notice before any later card charge.
Are you a moving company?
We rent and deliver empty totes and pick them up afterward. You handle packing and transporting your belongings. Do not pack hazardous materials, liquids that may spill, or items that could contaminate or damage the equipment.
Can I book for tomorrow?
Standard bookings require at least 72 hours’ advance notice. You can request a rush date in the form, but we must confirm availability before payment or delivery.
